Sansiri is committed to sustainability, partnering with 18 leading Green Partners to save the planet by integrating sustainability, design, and innovation, reducing carbon emissions by up to 35%. The pilot project is located at Setthasiri Ratchaphruek Line 1, highlighting the health of residents, energy efficiency, and the use of eco-friendly materials, aiming to create a prototype and inspire various sectors to join in reducing greenhouse gas emissions through environmentally friendly products and services.

Paving the Way for a New Standard in Thailand's Real Estate Industry
Mr. Samatcha Promsirirak, Chief of Staff at Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated, "Sansiri remains dedicated to its green mission, which is a key strategy integrated into all processes. The Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1, a model home that embodies sustainability, is another pride of Sansiri. This first pilot project at Setthasiri Ratchaphruek Line 1 demonstrates that Sansiri is genuinely committed and continuous, reflecting the company's philosophy of creating a better quality of life through tangible design. This initiative builds on the Sansiri Green Living Design concept and collaborates with 18 leading Green Partners to develop housing that enhances quality of life while preserving the environment. The launch of this sustainable home marks a significant step and sets a new standard for Thailand's real estate industry, as Sansiri is the first real estate company in the country to announce a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions target and has actively pursued this mission."

Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1 stands out with four main innovations designed with residents and the environment in mind, including:
Health and Well-being Design: This dust-free home features a six-step air filtration and disinfection system, along with a positive pressure system that prevents dust and external pollutants from entering the house. It also uses Zero VOC materials that do not emit harmful volatile substances affecting the respiratory system and residents' health. The design includes comprehensive green spaces, such as an Edible Vertical Garden and organic vegetable growing areas for household consumption. Importantly, it is designed for all ages, suitable for the elderly, children, and pets, with slip-resistant flooring, shock-absorbing materials, and special tiles that inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria.

Resource Efficiency: The installation of solar energy systems can reduce electricity consumption by up to 83%, according to energy performance assessment programs. Additionally, a smart water management system can treat up to 12,450 liters of water per month for reuse in watering plants and cleaning outdoor areas. These technologies not only reduce environmental impact but also significantly help residents save on long-term electricity and water bills.

Cooliving Design: Designed according to natural principles, considering climate direction, sunlight, wind, and rain, special materials are used to reduce temperature and reflect heat radiation, keeping the home comfortable even in Thailand's hot weather.

Green Materials: Over 70% of the materials used in architecture, interior design, and systems are environmentally friendly. Every order from partners must consider sustainable production processes, and the Upcycling concept is applied to repurpose construction waste materials, such as leftover marble, into new beneficial products, reducing construction waste.

Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1 is not just an environmentally friendly home; it also provides a better quality of life for residents in terms of health, comfort, and long-term value. Benefits for customers include reduced expenses, lower electricity and water bills over time, and improved health from living in an environment with clean air, ample natural light, and free from toxins. The home remains cool even during extreme heat, reducing reliance on air conditioning. Furthermore, Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1 can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 35%, equivalent to 135,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide or the planting of over 14,300 trees per home.

Sansiri plans to expand this concept to other projects in the future. Those interested in visiting Sansiri Sustainable Home – Prototype 1 at Setthasiri Ratchaphruek Line 1 can register at https://siri.ly/vmQsSr4.
